About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth and expand our client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

- Drive end-to-end sales cycle-from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to align solutions with client requirements.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine strategies.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
