About the Job: Join GIEOM as a Banking Operations Consultant and be part of our mission to drive operational excellence in the global banking industry. We are looking for retired bankers with rich, hands-on experience in retail and corporate banking operations to collaborate with us in transforming how banks work across the world. At GIEOM, you'll work with an innovative and collaborative team, leveraging our flagship platform - GIEOM BluePrint - to streamline, optimize, and enhance operational efficiency for leading banks and financial institutions. What You'll Do: - Consult with global banks to assess, design, and enhance operational processes. - Use the GIEOM BluePrint platform to document and model banking operations and workflows. - Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and compliance issues in current operational setups. - Provide subject matter expertise in retail and corporate banking functions including account services, lending, payments, trade finance, and customer service. - Support change management initiatives and help drive the adoption of improved processes. - Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery. - What We're Looking For: - 15+ years of experience in retail and/or corporate banking operations. - Deep understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. - Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and recommend process improvements. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. - Familiarity with digital tools for process mapping and transformation (experience with GIEOM BluePrint is a plus, but not mandatory). - Willingness to work in a consulting or advisory capacity.
