Banking & Finance Manager - Central Africa

Role Summary:

We are looking for a strong Banking & Finance professional to lead capital raising, project financing, and banking relationships for group-level operations across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange and secure working capital facilities, project finance, and capex funding

- Manage relationships with local & international banks, DFIs, and financial institutions

- Lead loan applications, financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and due diligence processes

- Negotiate financing terms and oversee debt covenant compliance

- Support funding and financial evaluation of new projects across mining, manufacturing, logistics, real estate, healthcare, renewable energy, and FMCG businesses

- Monitor liquidity, financing pipelines, and lender reporting requirements

- Strong exposure to capital raising, debt financing, and banking relationships

- Expertise in financial modeling, project evaluation, and loan structuring

- Experience working with banks, DFIs, and large corporate groups preferred

- Support financing of large-scale projects (mining, infra, manufacturing, etc.)
