Job Role: Banking Alliance Relationship Manager


Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi


Key Responsibilities & Impact Areas:


Strategic Partnership Architecture:


- Identify, target, and onboard strategic bank partners (e.g., Top Private, Public Sector, NBFCs) to establish co-sell, solution integration, or platform-led alliances.


- Develop and own the joint business plan with each partner, defining clear commercial targets, GTM motions, and success metrics.


Commercial Growth & Revenue Acceleration:


- Drive the execution of partnership GTM strategies to generate pipeline and directly influence revenue through partner-sourced or partner-influenced deals.


- Collaborate with internal sales and presales teams to enable partner sales channels and ensure successful joint selling.


Solution Integration & Go-to-Market Innovation:


- Work with product and technology teams to identify and drive strategic integration opportunities between the FINESSART Platform and partner banking systems (e.g., Core Banking, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance platforms).


- Develop innovative co-branded solutions, bundled offerings, or embedded finance propositions that create unique market value.


Executive Relationship Management:


- Build and nurture C-level and senior executive relationships (MD, Head of Transaction Banking, Digital, CFO) within partner organizations. Become a trusted advisor on digital transformation in trade, supply chain, and commercial banking.


Deal Shaping G Negotiation:


- Lead the negotiation of complex partnership agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and commercial terms, ensuring strategic alignment and protecting Arteria's interests.


Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership:


- Serve as the voice of the BFSI partner ecosystem internally, providing insights on market trends, competitor alliances, and new monetization opportunities.


Required Skills & Experience:


- Proven Track Record: 8-12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliance management, or business development within the BFSI sector, preferably with a fintech, enterprise SaaS, or technology services company.


- Deep BFSI Domain Expertise: Intimate understanding of banking operations, especially in Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Cash Management. You know the players, the pain points, and the platforms.


- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate partnerships into quantifiable business results (revenue, market share, solution launches). Experience in negotiating and structuring complex commercial agreements.


- Executive Presence & Influence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior bankers and internal stakeholders.


- Strategic Mindset: You are a builder and a strategist, not just a manager. You can develop a vision for a partnership and operationalize it.


- Strong Network: An existing robust network of contacts within the Indian BFSI leadership community is a significant advantage.
