We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP Manager, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis to join our Issuer & Loan services Analytics team. This role is located in Chennai - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: - This position is responsible for managing structured finance teams, working with Leads & Analyst to manage day-to-day deliverables. - This requires analytical skills & in-depth knowledge of Structured Finance products. - Coordinate with various stack holder including CSM, Servicers & onshore counterparts etc. - Providing required support to the team by setting goals & follows continues reviewing the process to ensure it operates at its optimal levels. - Work closely with the local management to ensure the process aligned with company's aspiration & vision. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Qualification - Graduation in any stream (BE/BTech/BCom preferred) + MBA (Finance)/CFA - 5+ years of relevant experience in Structured Finance domain in an Analytical role - Exposure excel formulas and programming language (SQL/MS-Access) is an advantage. - Must have people manager experience of min 4 - 6 years. - At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
