Role & responsibilities :

- Responsible and accountable as Profit Center Head. Achievement of branch budgets - Retail liabilities/ Fee Income. Keeping tab on the market trends including that of the competitors.

- Act as a brand Ambassador of the Bank by implementing the strategies in tandem with Corporate Objectives.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Strong client and service orientation

- Candidate must be working as a BM currently and should have BM role handling experience of at least 1 year.

- Should have spent over 1 year in the current bank

- No gaps in career between jobs

- Age must be less than 40 years
