CA Fresher - PMA & AIF Fund Accounting Job Description: - Assisting in maintenance of records, Preparation and maintaining MIS which enables the decision-making process by the Management, maintaining an MIS to monitor the activities of the Fund Accountant. - Checking of Statutory dues payment and returns, Checking the inputs flowing into the Scheme Half- Yearly Financials, Portfolios, Annual Report and Abridged Annual Report to published in the press / Printed for dispatch to the investors. Key Activities : - Cash flow management, providing cash flow reports to portfolio managers. - Tracking and updating of corporate actions to be booked in the system. - Accounting of Income and expenses in system. Preparing calculation of expenses to be accrued like - Management, FA, Custody and other expenses. Monitoring and payment of monthly expenses to third party, advance tax payment etc. - Creating various master like scheme, client master and uploading it in the system for new investors. Maintaining client data. - BO & EOD activities including Bank and Holding reconciliation. - Checking and preparation of Year end Financials like Trial Balance, P & L Account & Balance Sheet. - Providing MIS and resolving queries of investor service team. - Master creation in system - Schem, Broker, Client, Bank etc. - Trade matching and other end of day activities related to portfolio in the system. - Sharing entries with FA team and monitoring books of accounts maintained at their end. - Providing data to Internal, Statutory & Sebi auditors. - Preparing regulatory reports like SEBI Monthly, quarterly reports. - Preparing MIS reports for internal stake holders/ Sales team/ Senior management. - Educational Qualifications Chartered Accountant (Any Attempts). - Prior Experience Articleship/Industrial Training experience in BFSI preferred.
