Chief Technology Officer (DGM/GM - IT) Job Purpose: The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for leading all IT and digitisation initiatives for Banas Dairy, based at Palanput, Gujarat. The CTO will work closely with the Managing Director and other senior executives to develop and implement a technology strategy that supports the overall business objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports the overall business objectives of the organization. 2. Lead the development and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure that support business operations, including ERP, CRM, and other key systems. 3. Manage the development and implementation of digital initiatives, including e-commerce, mobile applications, and social media. 4. Develop and manage the IT budget, including capital expenditures and operating expenses. 5. Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning. 6. Lead the development and implementation of data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to support decision-making across the organization. 7. Manage relationships with external technology vendors and partners, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements. 8. Build and lead a high-performing IT team that is capable of delivering on the organization's technology strategy. 9. Drive digital revolution in the Organisation by coordinating between various functional departments Qualifications: 1. B. Tech and M.Tech Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology or any technology related field. 2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry in a large setup 3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies that support business objectives. 4. Strong experience in managing large-scale IT projects, including ERP implementations, especially in SAP environment. 5. Experience in developing and implementing digital initiatives, including e-commerce, mobile applications, and social media. 6. Strong knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 8. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 10. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 11. Fluent in English and Hindi; Knowledge of Gujarati is desirable The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will play a critical role in driving Banas Dairy's digital transformation and ensuring the organization remains competitive in the rapidly evolving food and beverage industry.
