Description:
- The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business objectives and technical executionanalyzing business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct GAP analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired functionality.
- Prepare documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and System Requirement Specifications (SRS) for client sign-off.
- Develop functional specifications for the development and QA teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes, policy administration, claims, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
