Role Description:

- As the Legal Head at Balasore Alloys Limited, you will oversee all legal activities within the organization.

- Key responsibilities include providing legal counsel, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, handling legal document preparation, and addressing any legal issues that arise.

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata/Balasore, requiring hands-on management of legal operations.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in Law and Legal Compliance.

- Experience in Legal Consulting and addressing complex legal issues.

- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting.

- Ability to analyze and resolve various Legal Issues.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in corporate or industry-specific legal affairs is an advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; LLM or other legal qualifications are beneficial.
