Role Overview The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands strong communication skills, strategic planning, and hands-on sales execution. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory. - Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists. - Ensure efficient execution of sales strategies and promotional activities. - Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest strategic improvements. - Conduct regular field visits to ensure product visibility and brand positioning. - Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high service levels. - Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely product availability. - Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports for management. - Train and guide distributor sales representatives to enhance productivity.
