We are looking for a CA-certified finance professional with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance & Accounts team at Balaji Telefilms Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Financial Planning - Lead budgeting, forecasting & profitability initiatives.

- MIS Reporting - Deliver accurate financial & operational insights for decision-making.

- Treasury & Cash Flow Management - Optimize working capital & ensure financial efficiency.

- Taxation - Manage tax compliance, returns & litigation matters.

- Audits - Support statutory & internal audits and strengthen internal controls.

What We Expect:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification - mandatory.

- 8-10 years of relevant experience.

- Strong analytical, reporting & compliance expertise.

- Experience with a listed company and/or media background is a plus.

- High integrity and independent working style.
