Bakingo is by far India's leading online bakery, completely dominating the online bakery space by providing premier products at affordable pricing. Bakingo currently operates 110+ cloud kitchens pan India covering over 30+ cities, delivering 15000+ toothsome delicacies per day from their three (3) state of art commissaries strategically placed in prime cities across the country. We have aggressive expansion plans for both the brands and this vision is fueled by USD 16 million funding by Faering Capital in 2023. About the role: The Chief of Staff will be a key strategic partner to the Founders, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company by building, implementing, and managing various high impact projects. This role will oversee the tracking of company-wide progress, ensuring alignment across all departments, and facilitating effective communication of performance through regular reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leading the operating system - Lead the development and execution of the organization's AOP and Goal setting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. - Collaborate with department heads to define quarterly and annual OKRs and KPI's, ensuring they are measurable and aligned with the overall objectives. - Track progress against OKRs & KPI's, identify potential roadblocks, and work with teams to develop action plans to address any issues. 2. Operational Excellence: - Design, implement, and manage the operating framework, ensuring that processes and workflows are optimized for efficiency. - Monitor the execution of the organization's strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the Founders and the leadership team. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes. 3. Strategic Initiatives and Projects: - Act as the Founders right-hand person in driving key strategic projects and initiatives across the company. - Work closely with the Founders to prioritize, plan, and execute special projects that align with the organization's long-term goals. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure project success. 4. Leadership and Communication: - Support the Founders in preparing for leadership meetings, including developing agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring follow-up on action items. - Serve as a communication bridge between the Founders and other senior leaders, ensuring that critical information is effectively communicated and understood. - Represent the Founders in meetings, presentations, and other interactions as needed. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Analyze data related to OKRs & KPI's, strategic initiatives, and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to the Founders and leadership team. - Develop dashboards and other tools to enable real-time tracking of key metrics. - Ensure the timely and accurate publication of reports to stakeholders, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability. Must for the role: - Degree in Business Administration from a Tier-1 institute, preferably from IIM'S/XLRI/IIT/SP JAIN/ISB/FORE/FMS - Experience: 2+ years of consulting experience or from startup space - Exceptional project management and organizational skills. - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
