Role Overview:

We are seeking a Key Account Manager Performance Marketing & Business Growth for quick commerce who will drive revenue, visibility, and performance across quick commerce and e-commerce platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical depth with business acumen and thrives in a fast-scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Optimization

- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across quick commerce platforms.

- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve efficiency, scale, and ROI targets.

- Analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and ensure maximum return on ad spends.

Platform Growth & Visibility

- Build monthly visibility and performance plans in collaboration with category managers.

- Drive platform-funded campaigns, cross-brand collaborations, and visibility initiatives.

- Strengthen relationships with category and platform teams to accelerate growth.

Data & Insights

- Monitor daily spends, conversions, and ROI across platforms.

- Develop dashboards or trackers to visualize trends and highlight optimization opportunities.

- Present actionable insights with clarity whats working, what needs improvement, and whats next.

- Use cohort and regional performance data to guide platform strategies and improve efficiency.

Business Ownership

- Own platform revenue and growth KPIs through effective ad planning, visibility, and assortment strategies.

- Identify and lead initiatives for new launches, bundling, and retention-led growth.

- Partner with creative, category, and supply teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and business alignment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon DSP, or similar).

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Excel dashboards.

- Prior experience in a fast-scaling D2C or FMCG startup.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
