Cost Controller (8-12 yrs)

- Supervising & Analysing Material Consumption of Factory

- Production Processing Cost Analysis and cost variance Analysis and correction

- Scrap Analysis - Standard vs Actual

- BOM control

- Checking and Verification of FG Production WOs

- Preparation of Cost Sheet preparation and analysis

- RM and Other Cost pricing calculation

- Monitoring and Review of Manufacturing Cost

- Monthly review of TB and all cost heads and analysing on Variance

- Preparation of Manpower Data working

- Inventory Valuation & Aging Reports calculation

- Inventory Physical Verification and Corrective Actions to be implemented

- Support in Plant Monthly MIS report to Various Stakeholders and HO

- Support in Cost Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and other Audit compliances

- Support in Plant Budget Preparation - Capex and Opex

- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

Qualification:

Essential : Experienced CA/ ICWA/ICWA Inter -minimum 8-10 years with experience of working in SAP System

Functional Knowledge & Skills : Working in SAP FICO And Production Planning Module for minimum 3 year as costing team member in Plant. Knowledge of GST, TDS and Custom, Preference for candidate from Consumer Product Plant.
