Role Description:


- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Manager based in Vadodara, with a combination of on-site and remote work.


- The Territory Manager will be responsible for aquaring and managing Retail Partners (Part Time Employees) and deliver sales targets, building relationships with clients, and leading a team of Retail Partners and insurance consultants.


- Additionally, the individual will focus on customer service excellence, provide guidance to team members, and support the implementation of marketing strategies within the assigned territory.


- The role involves ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements and fostering strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.


Qualifications:


- Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Finance and the Insurance sector

- Strong skills in Team Management and leading insurance consultants effectively

- Proficiency in Customer Service to handle client needs and inquiries

- Proven track record of success in Sales and achieving business targets

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities

- Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences is advantageous

- Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field

- Prior experience in life insurance sales or a financial services domain is a plus
