Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hiring Manager based in New Delhi. The Hiring Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the hiring process, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. The role also involves coordinating team training initiatives, ensuring high service quality standards, analyzing hiring metrics, implementing best recruitment practices, and working collaboratively with department heads to meet organizational hiring goals within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies & hiring plans for multiple functions

- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements

- Use job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to source candidates

- Conduct screening, interviews, assessments, and salary negotiations

- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Maintain and update ATS/HRMS recruitment dashboards

- Drive campus hiring, bulk hiring, and leadership hiring as needed

- Support and oversee new hire onboarding and orientation programs

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Train and guide recruiters and manage recruitment team performance

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles

- Reduction in offer dropouts / no-shows

Qualifications:

- Proven proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting with experience managing full-cycle recruitment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of service quality standards and hiring metrics

- Experience in training and development and onboarding programs

- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS and sourcing tools

- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

- Prior experience in human resources management preferred

- MBA in HR or related discipline is an added advantage
