Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Sales Development Manager, located in Bengaluru.

- The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts, managing impactful sales operations, and meeting sales targets.

- You will oversee and assist in the recruitment, mentoring, and management of a dynamic sales team, ensuring high performance through effective strategy and execution.

- Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with key stakeholders to promote sales effectiveness and team growth.

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in Communication and the ability to effectively liaise with teams, clients, and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and cultivate qualified sales opportunities.

- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with demonstrable expertise in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong Team Management skills, including mentoring, training, and motivating team members to ensure high performance.

- Proven strategic and analytical thinking capability for optimizing sales processes and strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
