Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager, based in Bhopal. The Agency Sales Manager will collaborate with a team to develop and grow a network of agents, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include recruiting new agents, providing training, offering ongoing support, and driving premium generation. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and contributing to strategic planning for the agency channel.

Qualifications:

- Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in achieving sales targets and business growth.

- Proficiency in agency development, recruitment, and training of agents or partners.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and implement effective sales strategies.

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.

- Ability to manage teams effectively, work on-site, and meet deadlines under pressure.
