Product Owner - Tax Filing Portal - Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance This role is based at Pune, with no work from home . Product Strategy and Direction : - Build online tax filing services from scratch. To start with, this service will be offered to Salaried Individuals later on we will expand offering to other segments. - Develop, implement and drive continuous enhancements for online Tax Filing product. You will be required to work in close collaboration with the Tech team, Digital Marketing and multiple functions to build and deliver best-in-class capability Roles & Responsibilities : - Roadmap Planning: Drive product design and execute product development as per planned roadmap - Requirements Definition: Develop comprehensive product plans, incorporating requirements and roll out plans. - Prepare & deliver BRDs with detailed usage scenarios, User Stories, feature specifications and Process Flow including Process Modelling, UX/UI Wire-Framing, and KPI Management - End to end testing of all Tech Deliveries. Work with Data Engineering team to improve product offering, processes and identify cross sell opportunity - To help to groom and maintain the product backlog through a continuous process - Establishes and monitors effectiveness metrics. - Maximize the value of the product increments. - Work closely with Digital Marketing team to drive the product usage and getting high traffic on our platform - Manage TSP (Tech Service provider) partner, need to engage regularly for smooth functioning of the product - Engage with Legal & Compliance team on adherence of applicable legal requirements
