Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Content Manager to join our marketing team at Bajaj Broking. This role is key to enhancing our digital presence through SEO-optimized, AI-friendly content for both our website and mobile app. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI-searchable content and the broking domain, with a proven ability to create high-quality, engaging content that drives organic growth and improves rankings across traditional and new-age AI search engines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and execute a content strategy for Bajaj Brokings website and mobile app, ensuring alignment with SEO goals and business objectives.
- Write and manage high-quality content (blog posts, articles, landing pages, app content, FAQs, etc.) that resonates with our target audience while adhering to SEO best practices.
- Stay ahead of trends in the broking industry to create timely, relevant, and valuable content that drives user engagement.
2. AI-Optimized Content:
- Leverage the latest AI-driven SEO trends and tools to ensure content is optimized for both traditional search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) and emerging AI-powered search engines.
- Integrate AI content generation techniques where applicable, while maintaining high editorial standards and relevance for the broking industry.
- Collaborate with the tech team to incorporate structured data (schema, JSON) and voice-search optimizations into content for better visibility in AI-driven search queries.
3. SEO & Analytics:
- Research and identify high-ranking keywords, optimizing content to increase organic traffic and app store visibility.
- Work closely with the SEO and analytics teams to track content performance, using data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve content strategies.
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to keep content fresh, competitive, and ahead of industry trends.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with the design, product, and development teams to ensure content is seamlessly integrated into both the website and mobile app.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that content strategies align with overarching brand campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
- Provide feedback and updates to the VP - Marketing on the performance and impact of content efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of content writing and strategy experience, with a focus on the broking, financial services, or related sectors.
- SEO & AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO techniques, including AI-driven content optimization strategies and AI search engines.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with web and app content management systems (CMS), basic HTML, and an understanding of structured data for SEO.
- Writing Excellence: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences, including both novice investors and experienced traders.
- Industry Expertise: Solid understanding of the broking and financial services industry, including trading platforms, investment products, market trends, and compliance requirements.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor content performance and make improvements.
- Creative & Strategic: A balance of creativity and strategic thinking to craft compelling content that serves both user needs and SEO objectives.
