Bajaj Electricals - Lead - SCM Analytics & Program Management

Role Overview:

- Program management for Cost reduction projects in supply chain and logistics. This includes keeping track of relevant data, validation of cost savings reported by various teams, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders like Sourcing, Mfg, R&D, Marketing, and Commercial. Drive the projects and set up weekly review and escalation management processes to ensure timely realization of cost savings. Prepare necessary content and participate in monthly leadership reviews pertaining to cost reduction initiatives.

- Program management for NPD delivery. Coordinate with all stakeholders including Sourcing, Vendor development, R&D, Planning, Marketing, and Commercial to ensure On Time delivery of NPDs as per agreed timelines.

- Supply Chain Analytics which include:

1. Undertake total delivered cost study annually to recommend changes in the supply network for all categories.

2. Service level improvement PDCA.

3. Setting up templates for monthly cost analysis and input KPIs.

- Drive digitization project by working closely with Supply Chain and IT teams. Work with functional teams to create comprehensive requirement documents and ensure completeness of UAT and Go Live.

- Annual budgeting exercise - ensure collation of fixed cost and capex budgets and on time submission of data to finance.

- Act as a SPOC from Supply Chain team for data requirements related to:

1. ESG support: Annual report filing (data collation), QA audit, and compliance of vendors as required by ESG team.

2. Data requirements for monthly financial reporting and Annual Report preparation.

3. Monthly team connects - performance tracking, compilation of key metrics, and highlights.

- Benchmarking of best practices, bring outside-in perspective on process automation and supply chain processes.

- Drive implementation of AI / analytics initiatives undertaken by the organisation by supporting, training, and undertaking use case implementation in the supply chain function.
