Job Description:

- Develop functional solutions for Demand-Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) & Supply Chain Network Planning, SCM process design, Process Modelling, Implementing SCM Transformation, and SCM BPR through ERP implementations environment with IBP solutions.

- Create functional design documentation, specifications, and what-if scenarios, and evaluate business processes for improvement opportunities, while supporting end-to-end strategy for implementation of supply chain digital and analytics capabilities.

- Implement medium to long term Distribution Network Topology & supply chain design / planning for traded products, E-Commerce, Institution, and Government business operations to optimize the delivery experience while minimizing cost and improving fulfilment speed, and drive programs relating to process excellence, optimization, and supply chain analytics with go / no-go decisions based on data.

- Ensure the Key Performance Indicators are used to improve business performance, and appropriate analysis is conducted to support the development / change of Customer / Brand / Category strategies.

- Develop and implement Forecasting modules and random Forest technique for Machine Learning at functional level, and automate forecasting and distribution of product at store level based on store level sales of SKU.

- Analyze the sales pattern, perform the stimulation and comparison of various plans and alternate scenarios according to various market / sales trends.

- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service, and study work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control or cost analysis.

- Measure variances between forecast and actual sales, analyze root cause and effect, recommend corrective action, publish results, and enrich the forecast into net requirements by root cause analysis on key metrics including service, inventory turns, expedited freight & forecast error.

- Participate & lead in monthly S&OP reviews, facilitate reconciliation of recommendations between cross-functional teams, and resolve issues by presenting various alternatives for decision and S&OP reviews.

- Generate cost efficient supply plans on constrain lines to ensure label sequencing, minimize non-Operations days, support in increasing the plant and suppliers efficiency, and manage order fulfilment, executing, monitoring and controlling Operations resource planning for fulfilment supply chain first mile, middle mile & last mile.
