Job Title: VP / Sr. VP Compliance & Secretarial

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to lead the Compliance & Secretarial function for our Insurance Broking business.
This is a strategic leadership role for a compliance professional who brings deep expertise in:
- IRDAI Regulatory Compliance
- SEBI & Companies Act Compliance
- Corporate Governance & Board Management
- Secretarial Practices & Regulatory Reporting
- Risk Management & Compliance Monitoring
The ideal candidate should have:
- CS qualification (LL.B is also a must)
- 14-16+ years of experience as CS & Compliance Officer
- Strong exposure to IRDAI regulations within Financial Services / Insurance Broking industry
- Excellent drafting, regulatory interpretation & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a high-accountability, time-sensitive regulatory environment
In this role, you will work closely with Management and senior leadership to ensure the organization maintains the highest standards of governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance while staying ahead of evolving IRDAI and SEBI frameworks.
