Mandatory Criteria : 10-15 years' experience in Exports / International Sales in Ayurveda, Herbal, Nutraceuticals, or FMCG.

Role Overview:

- This role demands more than managing shipments and targets - it's about building a global Ayurvedic movement.

- The Export Head will lead our international business, identifying opportunities across continents, building distributor networks, and strengthening the Baidyanath brand in key global wellness markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute global export strategy across Ayurvedic, herbal, and FMCG product lines.

- Identify, onboard, and nurture distributors and partners in Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.

- Lead market entry planning - compliance, registrations, and product positioning for each geography.

- Drive P&L for export vertical, ensuring profitability, growth, and sustainability.

- Collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing to ensure international product readiness.

- Build and mentor a high-performing export sales team.

- Represent Baidyanath at international expos, trade fairs, and wellness summits.

What We're Looking For:

- 10-15 years' experience in Exports / International Sales in Ayurveda, Herbal, Nutraceuticals, or FMCG.

- Strong global market understanding, especially regulatory and distribution landscapes.

- Proven track record in launching or scaling brands internationally.

- Entrepreneurial mindset - strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Passion for Ayurveda, wellness, and India's traditional knowledge systems.
