- Candidates should have sharp business acumen, working knowledge of Industry specific KPIs, business operations and best management practices
- Go-to-market strategies for new Dealer / Distributor onboarding
- Facilitating Dealer/Distributor onboarding, territory management, and Channel Incentive structures for our client companies.
- Expertise in Channel Management
- Territory Expansion
- Distributor onboarding and go-to-market planning.
- Potential travel to Client Site as per need basis
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MBA
- 8+ years of experience with exposure to Channel Sales & Operations / Consulting in FMCG or allied sectors, Retail, Pharma and or Consumer Goods sectors etc.
- Strong strategic, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of dealer / distributor onboarding best practices
