The Company has started a new vertical: "Idea to IPO" where it is partnering with selected strategic companies to propel their business trajectory towards lucrative expansion, professionalize and condense their sustainable growth and profitability; and finally steering these entities towards an initial public offering (IPO) within a 30-month horizon. We are hiring Associate / Senior Associate (Investment) to handle a portfolio of these companies and be their Growth Partner.

As an Associate / Sr. Associate, expectations are as follows :

- Portfolio Management: Oversee and nurture the development of portfolio companies, providing strategic direction and operational guidance to foster growth and market leadership

- Provide Strategic Oversight related to structure, controls, processes and create various metrics to measure operational effectiveness

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and identify priority gaps and opportunities

- Drive technological and digital transformation

- Facilitate in building revenue trajectory and profitability for these companies

- Ensuring compliances are in place for these companies

- Track the important KPIs, build financial model and valuation metrics

- Facilitating with vendors for strategic growth initiatives

- Getting these companies prepared for IPO

- Co-ordinate with Investors and Investment Bankers regarding strategic partnerships with these companies

Qualifications and Requirements:

- MBA-Finance / CFA / CA

- 5 - 10 years of experience in early stage investing and Investment Banking domain and or handling VC/PE Funds

- Proven experience of taking companies to IPO listing

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
