Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Head to lead our franchising and distribution expansion across India and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through franchise development, distribution network expansion, investor acquisition, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies for franchising and distribution expansion.

- Identify and onboard franchise partners and distributors.

- Build and expand distribution network.

- Lead investor acquisition initiatives and close deals.

- Generate pipeline of high-value clients and partners.

- Hire, train, and manage teams.

- Maintain stakeholder relationships.

- Monitor market trends and competitors.

- Achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Coordinate with internal departments.
