- 2+ years of experience - Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. - Preferably someone having a proven track record in Business Development, Sales with prior experience in B2B Software Products/Services Sales in a similar company/relevant industry - Extensive sales experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable service offerings. - Great networking skills. - Goal-oriented, organized team player - Self-motivated and self-directed - Demonstrated and proven sales results - Prior experience in the IT consulting/digital /saas/staffing and recruitment industry is preferred. - Global client exposure is must - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
