The position will be responsible for managing international accounting operations, statutory & regulatory compliance across multi-country entities, and timely preparation of MIS for management decision-making. The role requires strong knowledge of IFRS/Ind-AS, cross-border taxation, audits, and multi-currency reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

International Accounting:

- Manage end-to-end accounting for overseas entities in compliance with IFRS/Ind-AS.

- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, consolidations, and group reporting.

- Ensure accurate multi-currency accounting, forex gain/loss recognition, and inter-company reconciliations.

- Coordinate with global teams for month-end and year-end closing.

- Maintain ledgers, trial balance, and schedules for all international operations.

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:

- Ensure statutory compliance for international jurisdictions-tax filings, VAT/GST, corporate filings, withholding tax, etc.

- Liaise with international auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

- Prepare documentation and support for internal and statutory audits.

- Monitor changes in global tax laws and ensure timely implementation.

- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing requirements, BEPS, FEMA, and cross-border transaction guidelines.

MIS & Financial Reporting:

- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budget vs. actual, variance analysis.

- Present key financial insights to management for strategic decisions.

- Develop dashboards and analytical reports for business performance.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Process Control & Improvements:

- Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and documentation for international accounting processes.

- Drive automation in reporting, reconciliation, and compliance management.

- Identify gaps and implement best practices across global entities.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with overseas finance teams, banks, consultants, and business partners.

- Work closely with operations, commercial, and management teams for accurate reporting.

- Support global expansion projects, new entity set-ups, and compliance frameworks.

Skill Set & Qualification:

- CA / CPA / ACCA (preferred)

- MBA (Finance) with strong international accounting experience.

- 6-8+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or compliance, preferably with exposure to multi-country operations.

- In-depth knowledge of IFRS / Ind-AS, multi-currency accounting, and consolidation.

- Experience in international taxation, transfer pricing, and cross-border compliance.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Tally) and advanced Excel skills.

- Prior experience in coordinating with global teams, auditors, and consultants is an advantage.
