Description:
- We are looking for a high-performing B2C Investor Sales Relationship Manager to drive both investor acquisition and lead conversion within the HNI & UHNI segment.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build trust-based client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified HNI/UHNI leads generated by our internal team into active investors.
- Independently acquire new investors through personal networks, referrals, events, and outreach.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat investments.
- Present and pitch BetterInvests structured investment products with clarity and confidence.
- Manage the complete sales cycleinitial connect, pitch, negotiation, onboarding, and closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition & conversion targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless lead generation and onboarding.
What Were Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2C investment sales, wealth management, private banking, or financial product sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record in lead conversion and client acquisition.
- Existing network of HNI/UHNI investors is a strong plus.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
