Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive to drive direct sales to individual consumers. The ideal candidate will excel at building customer relationships, understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, and closing high-quality deals. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage potential customers through inbound/outbound calls, online inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations (online or in-person).
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the best-suited products/services.
- Address customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals.
- Follow structured sales processes and close sales efficiently.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in EdTech, Real Estate, Retail, Insurance, Telecom, Hospitality, Banking, or Consumer Services.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
