Our client, a leading global consulting firm is supporting a B2B seafood client on an ongoing sales technology transformation initiative. The engagement is part of an extension to an existing program aimed at strengthening the clients end-to-end B2B sales, order, and fulfillment capabilities through robust digital solutions.
Within this initiative, the firm is seeking a B2B Sales Technology Consultant to play a critical role in designing, enhancing, and stabilising custom sales technology platforms. The consultant will work closely with client stakeholders to improve lead-to-order workflows, pricing logic, inventory prioritisation, and downstream logistics processes, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and enhance custom web applications supporting B2B sales and order-to-cash processes using React Native and PostgreSQL
- Drive implementation and integration of Tableau dashboards for sales, pricing, and operational insights
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate B2B sales process requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support middleware integrations, including queueing, throttling, and error-handling mechanisms across systems
- Oversee delivery management across timelines, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Act as a client-facing point of contact, providing clear communication, status updates, and issue resolution
Your Background:
- 7+ years of experience delivering custom web or enterprise applications, preferably in sales technology domain
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes including lead management, pricing, order booking and management, inventory prioritisation, logistics, and returns/refunds
- Hands-on experience with React Native, PostgreSQL, Tableau implementation, and middleware integrations
- Proven experience managing complex deliveries involving multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Prior exposure to NetSuite and/or the seafood industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate in a client-facing consulting environment
- Educational background: B.Tech / M.Tech preferred; MBA is a plus
