The Role:
We seek talented professionals to drive our Partnerships and Alliances function. This role demands a unique blend of strong client engagement and deep knowledge of platform/product development, offering significant national impact and fast career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage Banks, NBFCs, & Fintechs: Build robust Digital Public Infrastructure.
- Foster Ecosystems: Create communities and networks for concept validation and solution development.
- Drive Relationships: Build strong connections for need identification, co- creation, pre- sales, and sales.
- Influence Leadership: Engage with CXOs and leaders across BFSI.
- Deliver Results: Drive revenue and achieve business outcomes.
- Lead Negotiations: Spearhead platform discussions and contractual negotiations.
Experience:
- 6- 10 years of work experience.
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales and alliances, preferably within Supply Chain, Trade Finance, or Lending.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or similar companies focused on Supply Chain Finance and Lending solutions.
Competencies:
- Strong C- suite network within Lending, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance at Banks/NBFCs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of digital technologies.
- Strong grasp of Lending and Supply Chain Finance products.
Education:
MBA from a top- tier institute is mandatory.
