B2B Sales - Capital Market_RTA

Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead B2B sales efforts for financial solutions and services across the capital markets and investment space.

This role focuses on acquiring and engaging institutional clients such as Merchant Banks, Investment Banks, AIFs, Fund Management Entities, etc for the Corporate RTA department of the company.

While the role is based in Mumbai, it will cover PAN India clients.

Responsibilities:

- Actively engage with Merchant Banks, Investment Bankers, AIFs, Fund Management Entities, Trustees & Custodians to position the company as the preferred RTA for issuer services.

- Establish Channel Partner relationships with PCAs, PCSs, Industry Associations.

- Drive end-to-end sales efforts for financial and compliance-based solutions.

- Identify and engage CXO-level stakeholders across capital market and financial institutions.

- Build strategic partnerships and manage key accounts to ensure long-term engagement.

- Actively scout and target new opportunities by understanding industry trends and regulatory needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-specific offerings and proposals.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely closures in line with business targets.

- Represent the organization in industry discussions, networking forums, and client meetings.

Key Skills:

- 12-15 years of B2B sales experience in financial services, with strong exposure to capital markets, mutual funds, or investment banking.

- Excellent network and relationship-building skills with CXO-level decision-makers.

- Proven track record of solution selling in highly regulated and competitive sectors.

- Strong understanding of financial products, compliance processes, and institutional client needs.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
