How a day would look like:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the zone to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Align zone activities with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Oversee daily operations within the zone to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handling operations like number of customer onboarded, how many leads are sourced and shared.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Taking daily stand ups on update, setting up KPS and monitor cash collections on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Interdepartmental collaboration.
Must have skills in candidates:
- Interdepartmental collaboration.
- Must have 5 years of experience in B2B sales and the latest experience should be in B2B.
- Candidates are preferred from the background with Marketing agencies.
- Candidates should have good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Problem solving and good in dealing with stakeholders.
- Have handled a revenue of at least 2-3 Cr annually
