B2B Sales Manager - Logistics

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development for our cold chain industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of passive and active cooling, phase change materials and temperature controlled packaging/logistics, combined with excellent sales, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new market opportunities across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, food, and perishable goods sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, logistics providers, OEMs, and B2B customers.

- Achieve sales targets and grow revenue in assigned territories.

Client Management:

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase thermal packaging capabilities.

- Provide customized cold chain solutions based on client requirements.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.

Market Analysis:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and customer needs in target regions.

- Provide feedback to product and R&D teams to tailor offerings to international demands.

Collaboration & Reporting:

- Collaborate with internal departments such as R&D, Operations.

- Maintain CRM systems and provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or related field or Business Administration

- Technical knowledge of Cold chain technology or thermal packaging is a strong plus.

Experience:

- 3+ years of international B2B sales experience, preferably in cold chain, temperature-controlled packaging, or logistics industries.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Experience working with pharma or perishable product logistics is desirable.
