We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our sales team. In this role, you won't just be watching dashboards; you will be the architect of our sales strategy, a coach to our Account Executives, and a key player in closing high-value contracts. Your goal is to drive sustainable revenue growth while fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of [Account Executives/SDRs]. Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and pipeline reviews to ensure every team member is hitting their KPIs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to expand our market share. Identify new industry verticals and optimize the sales cycle for maximum efficiency.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel-from lead generation to closing. Ensure CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) hygiene and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Deal Coaching: Jump into high-stakes meetings to help your team navigate complex negotiations, handle objections, and close enterprise-level deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and with Product to relay customer feedback that drives our roadmap.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets as a B2B individual contributor and as a manager.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong).
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; ability to speak the language of C-suite executives.
- Analytical Ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable improvements.
