About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, well-organized B2B Sales Manager with a strong background in prospecting, business development, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across new and existing markets while mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term client relationships
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, recruit, and onboard top sales talent
- Mentor, coach, and guide team members to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 6+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or sales leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Exposure to sales analytics, CRM tools, and performance tracking
