Our client is hiring a high-performing B2B Sales lead with strong experience in OEM and enterprise sales within the industrial products space. The ideal candidate has a background in solution selling, with a focus on driving long-term value for clients through Key Account Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales for industrial products across OEMs and enterprise clients
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic accounts.
- Build deep client relationships and understand complex requirements.
- Deliver customized solutions and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
- Collaborate with internal teams ensure value delivery.
- Track sales performance and market feedback to inform strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record in OEM/enterprise sales and key account management.
- Strong solution selling and consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing, target-driven environment.
