Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth Architecture: Identify and activate revenue streams in corporate gifting, bulk orders, and wholesale. Develop scalable frameworks for demand generation while maintaining our premium brand positioning.
2. Multi-Channel Partnership Development:
a. HoReCa: Build a strategic database of luxury hotels, restaurants, spas, and clinics to establish Goodmelts as a preferred supplier.
b. Retail: Cultivate deep relationships with boutique owners and modern trade buyers to drive sustainable order growth.
c. Agencies: Connect with event planners and gifting specialists serving high-value clients.
3. Account Leadership: Lead the end-to-end relationship cycle, from needs assessment to account strategy, ensuring high repeat rates and increased lifetime value (LTV).
4. Brand Advocacy & Education: Act as the voice of the brand in the market, educating stakeholders on quality differentiation and conducting solution-focused selling.
5. Performance & Pipeline Management: Manage a healthy sales pipeline across all segments. Establish KPIs, forecast revenue with accuracy, and consistently exceed targets without compromising brand integrity.
Professional Experience & Knowledge
1. 4-10 years of sales leadership in premium FMCG or lifestyle categories (Home Fragrance, Beauty, or Personal Care is a major plus).
2. An existing, authentic network of boutique owners, trade buyers, and corporate decision-makers.
3. Deep understanding of the HoReCa procurement landscape and complex, multi-stakeholder B2B decision cycles.
