Job Description
Position: B2B Sales Development Representative
Market: European Market
Time Zone: CET (Central European Time)
Work Model: Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Proactively initiating outbound phone and email contact with B2B leads across European markets
- Building, maintaining, and segmenting lead databases
- Conducting research on potential clients, including industry, company structure, decision-makers, and business needs
- Scheduling qualified sales meetings for the Sales / Account Executive team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems
- Preparing and delivering weekly sales activity and pipeline reports
- Monitoring market trends and competitors within Europe
- Identifying and proposing improvements to lead generation and sales processes
- Supporting the creation and optimization of outbound sales scripts and messaging
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar B2B sales or SDR role
- Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling to B2B clients
- Demonstrated experience selling to the European market
- Fluent English with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients
- Strong sales communication skills and experience working with KPIs and targets
- Hands-on experience with CRM system
- High level of independence, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Availability to work in the CET time zone
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian)
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or other B2B service-based industries
