B2B Sales Consultant - Finance Domain - Recruitment Firm

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE : To grow revenue in your discipline by partnering with clients to hire mid-senior leadership talent. You will be responsible to increase market share by enabling clients to hire the best talent and enabling candidates to find the best opportunities.

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

You are a high-energy B2B sales professional with 2-5 years of experience who is ready to take the leap into a dual role - onboarding/managing client accounts and owning the recruitment process for them. This role would cater to startups/shared services/B2B industries for their finance domain hiring.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS :

- Drive new business development via lead chases, candidate references, industry events

- Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling capabilities of different PageGroup brands and functions

- Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen market

- Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities

- Independently driving mid-senior leadership hiring for your clients

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer

- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
