Job Title: B2B Presales Head (SaaS)

Location: Gurgaon | Bangalore | Pune

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our client's B2B Presales function across both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SaaS and analytics solutions, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a strategic mindset to drive impactful client solutions and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire B2B Presales vertical.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations.

- Work closely with Sales and Product teams to develop tailored solutions and respond to RFPs/RFIs.

- Lead client presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and strategic discussions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure alignment on solutions and client requirements.

- Manage multiple high-value presales projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

- Provide strategic inputs to enhance solution offerings and optimize the presales process.

- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing presales team.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/MBA from a reputed institution.

- 10+ years of experience in Presales and Solutioning within the SaaS and Analytics domain.

- Proven experience in enterprise-level solutioning, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, both in domestic and international markets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to think strategically and translate client needs into viable solutions.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Experience in managing presales functions for mid-to-large SaaS enterprises.
