We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our building solutions portfolio. This role demands a strategic marketer with strong business acumen and experience in industrial/B2B marketing who can translate technical products into compelling value propositions for developers, contractors, architects, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy aligned with business goals across construction, infrastructure, and real estate segments.

- Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new and existing products.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.

Lead Generation & Campaigns:

- Design and run integrated campaigns (email, digital, events, partnerships) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals.

- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and conversion rates.

Digital Marketing & Branding:

- Oversee content marketing efforts, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and technical brochures.

- Manage digital presence across LinkedIn, industry portals, SEO/SEM, and webinars to build thought leadership.

- Ensure brand consistency across all communication and collateral.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Plan and execute industry events, trade fairs, product launches, and customer engagement programs.

- Develop strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and channel partners.

- Work closely with product, sales, and R&D teams to support new product introductions.

Data & Reporting:

- Track KPIs such as lead generation, campaign performance, digital engagement, and marketing ROI.

- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / Engineering; MBA preferred.

- 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in building materials, construction solutions, or industrial products.

- Proven expertise in lead generation, campaign management, and digital marketing for a B2B audience.

- Strong understanding of building/construction industry dynamics and customer ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
