Role Overview:
As the Marketing Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving our B2B marketing strategy and execution in the Pune market. Your day-to-day will involve crafting and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and customer success teams. You will be instrumental in generating high-quality leads, enhancing brand awareness, and ultimately contributing to revenue growth. This role directly impacts our ability to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and establish a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing plans.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events, to maximize ROI.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation and nurturing programs that convert prospects into customers.
- Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and presentations, to engage target audiences.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance brand reputation.
- Oversee marketing analytics and reporting to provide insights into marketing performance and inform future strategies.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful B2B marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Proven expertise in marketing analytics, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
