Job Title: Client Service Manager


Type: Full-time position


Level: Senior


Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Your Role & Responsibilities:


- Own and manage relationships across all key clients ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.


- Build and implement structured processes for smooth delivery, quality control, and cross-functional coordination.


- Drive upselling opportunities and contribute to client growth through consultative servicing and performance reviews.


- Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to build strategy, campaign roadmaps, and content calendars.


- Lead the preparation and delivery of high-impact pitch decks and business proposals.


- Mentor and manage a team of account managers - define goals, review performance, and support their growth.


- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams - translating vision into briefs, and briefs into execution.


- Oversee day-to-day communication, timelines, issue resolution, and stakeholder updates.


- Contribute to overall agency growth and vision by aligning client needs with internal capabilities.


Youd Be a Great Fit If You:


- Have 5-8 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.


- Have led mid to large-scale brand accounts in a digital or creative agency environment.


- Are obsessed with process and outcomes and know how to create scalable systems for both.


- Have a strong understanding of brand, content, social media, and performance marketing.


- Can switch between high-level strategy and ground-level execution without skipping a beat.


- Are an empathetic leader, excellent communicator, and a problem-solver who thrives under pressure.


- Have experience building pitch decks, leading presentations, and winning client confidence.
