Qualifications: - Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on Oracle EBS and Fusion hiring. - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion technical roles and requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum 2+ Years Experience in recruiting for other technical roles, such as software developers, system administrators, and database administrators. - Strong knowledge on Boolean Search and Advanced search. - Good understanding on social media hiring strategies.
