
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Analyst cum Project Coordinator to act as a crucial link between business needs and project execution within our product-based company.
- In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- You will play a key part in optimizing processes and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements through various techniques, including interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.
- Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and design teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and alignment of project goals.
- Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including wireframes, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Manage project timelines, identify and track project dependencies, and proactively mitigate potential - risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), meticulously document test findings, and provide actionable recommendations for process and system improvements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Support the implementation of new processes and systems, including developing training materials and providing end-user support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to effectively communicate project-related information and gather feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator in a product-based company.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and project management principles.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, and documentation tools like Confluence or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
