The role will head the Marketing division of ERP and oversee the marketing initiatives of the ERP business unit, including content, design and execution of marketing campaigns, communication, digital marketing, events, and analyst and regulator relationships. S/he will also manage demand generation campaigns that will nurture leads from various channels such as company articles, webinars, events and etc. S/he will be responsible for driving accelerated revenue growth, building awareness of the various offerings under this vertical, aligning with priorities of the business, creating successful demand generation campaigns, focusing on scaling existing clients' portfolios, and assisting in winning large transformation deals, leveraging strategic partnerships. Focus areas also include: - Building business unit database, product and geo specific marketing plans, devising customized marketing campaigns to scale local strategic clients. - Designing opportunity-centric activities to win large transformation deals and creating joint marketing programs with partners to leverage hyperscale data. - Working closely with senior business leaders, sales leaders, and a team of marketing experts to drive thought leadership, improve sales pipeline, win deals, and increase revenue outcomes through digital marketing programs and tactics tailored to the audience needs. - Promote brand in a meaningful way. Ensure consistent revenue flow using nurturing tactics by strategic knowledge to help the organization enter and thrive into new markets. Responsibilities & Duties Collaborate with Business Unit Head and Sales team of ERP vertical to develop strategic marketing plans, including: - Execute demand generation and account-based marketing covering existing and new accounts - Develop marketing plan and contact database for target accounts. - Work with agencies and specialized teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns/ activities. - Deepen knowledge of industry market, target accounts, and competition. - Assess and monitor competition's marketing strategy and activities. - Generate, manage, and nurture leads in relation to target business outcomes. - Analyse data, gain insights, course correct, and continuously improve results. - Use the expertise to launch into new markets, engage with the current customers, and strategize how to market new service and product features. - Go-to-Market - Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with existing and future clients and differentiates our ERP offering in the market. - Drive awareness and influence client adoption of top use cases. - Develop customer loyalty programs to re-engage with existing customers - Promote new product & service features using lead nurturing tactics - Discover new marketing opportunities by performing market analysis - Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing campaigns - Contribute to the content development for target consumers - Translating performance of demand generation campaigns to leadership - Continuously develop new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer's journey in order to optimize conversion rates - Sales Enablement - Partner with client-facing teams to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities. - Increase consumption of product-led enablement. - Clients, Industry Forums and Analyst Relations - Identify strong client stories and nurture relationships to serve as references through case studies, client video testimonials, speaking slots, PRs and quotes. Candidate Profile - Highly collaborative and passionate about SAAS product marketing, with adequate field studies. Experience working with senior business leaders, sales leaders and product management team to develop and execute programs is crucial. Equally important is the experience and proficiency in integrating marketing channels including but not limited to website, email, social media, social advocacy, display ads, re-targeting, and in-person and virtual events. Proficiency in effective communications, both English written and spoken is a must. - Should possess outstanding communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. - Candidate must have a successful track record of managing and executing programs for ERP with cross-functional virtual teams globally across time zones. - High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly and work in a hyper-growth environment, while setting strategy with the leadership team and getting down in the weeds to get the job done. - Experience with digital strategy including SEO, ad-tech, landing pages, CTA, analytics, LinkedIn campaigns, etc. - Experience in managing and executing marketing for partners with proactive pursuits. - Candidate must have great intuition for bold, sharp, and creative messaging as it relates to promotional content (website keywords, landing pages, adverts, social media posts, etc.), and provide strategic direction and guidance to the team on the content mix needed to support the campaign. - Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation (MailChimp) and program collaboration tools, and Salesforce integration. - Have a deep understanding of the market growth rates, industry competitors, and possible barriers to entry. - Perform market analysis, to make an informed decision as to whether a specific market is a good fit for the organization.
